I became interested in fitness in 2015. I wanted to lose weight and after losing 50 pounds, I realized I had a passion for staying active. I loved the gym but it was hard to stay motivated, after I l reached my goals. Enter Pole fitness. I fell in LOVE the first time I tried it. Since then (2017), I've won competitions, traveled to New York, South Carolina, Atlanta, and new Orleans to perform, and held my own classes. I love helping men and women find their strength and setting goals.
