Also known as Coach Jamaica or Coach Spidey (I'm a Spider-Man fan boy), I have been training since 2017. I found my passion for training in my final year in college after trying to get back in football shape when a car accident ended my collegiate career in October 2015. It took all of 2016 to get me back to where I wanted to be from a football stand point and the biggest thanks goes to the trainer who help me along the way. Thanks to him I developed a passion for not only working out again but to want to seek the knowledge to be able to help others in their fitness journey. I wanted to do the same as he did for me, which was motivate me to get back into football after giving it up and pushing me pass my limits to level up. Now, I am playing professional arena ball and in the best shape of my life with the knowledge to not only train myself but to help train and motivate those who want to reach and conquer their own fitness goals. My motto is, "Always strive to be better than your yesterday"
